Currency and available methods
Prices and order totals are presented in Canadian dollars (CAD). The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed at checkout; availability can depend on the device, order, and payment provider.
Authorization and order review
A payment method may be authorized when the order is submitted. An issuer can decline a payment or place a temporary authorization hold. The order is subject to acceptance and verification, including billing information and fraud-prevention checks.
Payment security
Payment details are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other payment credentials.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. For assistance, use Contact Us.
