Canadian order processing
After payment authorization, orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Transit estimates
After dispatch, standard delivery within Canada is generally estimated at 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, remote destinations, weather, and address issues may affect timing, so a particular arrival date is not guaranteed.
Shipping charges and tracking
Available services and any charges are shown at checkout in CAD before payment. When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact details supplied with the order.
Address changes and delivery issues
Review the shipping address before checkout. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. For delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, email navulumey26@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details.
